Q: I would like to use my credit card. How can I do that? A: We at J-mac are working hard at gaining the ability to process credit card orders. However at the present time we are unable to accept credit cards as payment. Please check back in a couple of weeks and this service should be in place. Thank you. Q: Can you give me more information on your warranty. A: We cover manufacturing defects only. We grantee that all parts will perform to the manufacturers minimum guidelines for operation. If you receive a product that is 1)configured correctly 2)Was not self installed [unless you are a certified repair technician] 3)Has not been accidentally [i.e. dropped or mishandled] damaged or damaged due to misuse or use for anything other than it's intended purpose, We will gladly provide a replacement part or refund your money. Note: WE DO NOT COVER DAMAGE TO CPU'S DUE TO OVER-CLOCKING. Q: Are the computers and computer parts on your site in stock? A: Not all parts are in stock all the time. This is done as a service to you, the customer. As technology and competition increase, price fluctuation becomes more and more common. We at J-mac strive to bring our customers high quality products at the lowest price, therefore we do not stock large quantities of all products.
